    Hands down best exercises . I don’t like jumps and not fan of HIIT . This one is a killer . I’m dedicating myself to this one for every day / 3 month . Will come back with updates .

    Good morning. I'm writing you from Italy, so please, be kind with my mistakes... I've bought a gym bar for Christmas and now it's an entire week that I do your pilates bar exercises every morning, I was operated at my right knee in November and I'm at home yet, so I can't do every exercise you propose, but I love them sooo much. And I want to continue when I'll be back to work. Thank you

    My first Pilates bar workout ever and initially I thought this would be easy but boy I was wrong! It was challenging for a beginner like me but doable and, I thoroughly enjoyed it! Thankful to have come across this video! The pace, your tone and encouragement throughout the video helped me push to the end before I died on the floor dripping in sweat 😂 highly recommend!

  • This workout was amazing. This is my first time doing Pilates and using a Pilates bar at that. This was very challenging for me but in a good way. I could literally feel every stretch with every movement made. I was sweating lol! I feel great after too. I don’t feel overly exhausted like I can’t walk. But I can tell I’ve worked out. I will definitely be subscribing and following your videos.
