Ten minutes is all it will take for your core to feel on fire.

You will need a Pilates bar, your mat & ten minutes ‘me’ time.

The plan for this quick workout was for it to be fast, effective and to focus on your core. However, by the end of the workout, I had not only ticked all those boxes, but I also felt challenged and like I had really worked my upper body. What's not to love 💕.

    I’ve done yoga and I’ve done resistance band training but I’m especially excited having just discovered your channel that this might just be the best of both worlds. Do you have any suggestions for how to increase the intensity if it needs to be?
