  • I have been doing this workout consistently since January. And by saying consistently, I mean 3 to 4 times a week from January until now (mid May) and it has helped me tremendously. Especially the mobility and strength of my very troublesome hips where I have bursitis and arthritis in addition to lumbar spine and sacral arthritis. It has helped me more than physical therapy or chiropractic! I am beyond grateful to Rachel for offering her classes for free here on YT because she is changing my life for the better and it feels amazing. I have a background in Ballet and as such I can say that her form is superb. I trust her immensely. Love & thanks ~ Bonnie in New Mexico๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’–โœจ

Fantastic! I'm recovering from a car accident. This was just the ticket for me to say hello to my sweet, traumatized body. Moving releases fear. I know this but it's been too scary to move my body until this. Thank you.
  • The older I get the more I love the standing Pilates Rachel. I need to keep my legs working well so I can walk around my green areas every day to keep my strength ongoing in my older body. So glad I found you at your earliest beginnings, thank you so much ๐Ÿ™๐ŸŒป๐ŸŒท
  • I am a 74 yr old Indian lady from Delhi and I really love following your Pilates excercises. Joint aches and stiffness are slowly creeping in . So glad to have found you.
  • I did this routine in my sunny balcony on holiday in Gran Canaria as I couldnโ€™t fit my mat in my luggage! Really lovely to have time to do Pilates in the sun in the middle of January

My first time ever doing pilates...let's just say I'm super out of shape. Over 300lbs and been super depressed from being laid off last year. Just received a job offer and realized that I wouldn't be able to fit into my work clothes after gaining so much weight. I look forward to having you as part of my journey to get back my body. Thank you for your grace and soft personality.

I loved this short and sweet workout. When I feel like I have no time for a workout, and I'm stressing over it, I can always find a workout to do on your channel. Thanks Rachel.

  • Terrific after the spinal mobility session, I love these short, โ€œa la carteโ€ videos we can mix and match, depending on energy, time, fitness level- thanks for working so effectively to give us fitness options that work for us!๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿงก๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’š
  • I am new to pilates and can only do standing pilates. I did this after a strength training lower body workout. My legs are burning. I think I could have just done this one. Have a great day!

  • @pamelajoy6037
Thank-you Rachel! I believe this 10 minute workout done with your 10 minute morning warm up along with my Part lll improvisational dance work out is the perfect way to start my day. I have a workout I do on the floor at the end of the day which I also created out of years of dance. I do it to let go of the day and stay toned. If you have a podcast that I can add to that workout your suggestion would be much appreciated! Thank-you โค

That was terrific, just what I needed, and surprisingly, my whole upper body and arms felt quite worked as well- tense maybe!
