Sculpt and Tone 30-Minute Pilates Reformer Workout #106

30 minute full body pilates reformer workout using light dumbbells. I am using 2lb dumbbells for this workout. You can go heavier on the weights or if you don't have dumbbells you can still do the whole workout with them. We are using dumbbells to add extra upper body strength to the workout. This is a pregnant friendly workout as I am 26 weeks pregnant while filming. We are do some core exercises, but as I mention, it's not crunches or ab exercises that will burn, but rather easy/useful core exercises that will still benefit everyone. It is a quick workout that combines strength and stretching to leave you feeling great. Be sure to leave your comments!
