30 Minute Pilates Reformer ONLY Workout #97

30 Minute Reformer Pilates Workout that can be done at home. This is the second half of the 30 minute jumpboard, 30 minute reformer workout, but for those of you that don't have jumpboard, I wanted to make it easier for you to find and be able to do the second half of the workout. This workout focuses on core exercises as well as upper body and finishes with feet in straps. I am using a pilates circle as a prop for this workout, but if you don't have a circle, you can use a ball or no prop at all. This workout combines strength and stretching for a feel good workout. These workouts are like a pilates studio workout but now you can do it in the comfort of your home. Not sure how to use a pilates reformer machine or looking for pilates reformer exercises at home, then this workout is perfect for you because you can follow along and I will give you all the instructions you need to get an amazing workout at home, feel challenged, feel good and not have to think. It's like getting your own personal trainer for free.

    Thank you. I suffer from Heds and had a rib beside each shoulder blade and my neck dislocate earlier this week. I am still so so sore and this little video was perfect to get some movement in!
