    Nicole, i don't know if you'll read this but I started crying when I finished this workout (still am as I type this.) I've been in a depressive state since the end of April and have not had any energy in me to work out, which is something I'd loved doing regularly/daily for the past 2 years. I don't know what it was but my mind told me I was incapable while my body was screaming at me to move. Today was the first time I'd worked out for more than 45 minutes in the past 2-3 months. As soon I finished the video I felt immense relief and started sobbing and thanking myself for doing this for me, and performing this act of self love. I have to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will be following along with you on this 7 days challenge and start again. We can always start again. Thank you, much love ❤️❤️❤️

    After having done this workout i felt the need to mention some things: 1. this workout is one of the most amazing workouts ever existed on youtube 2. the fact that you started using a mic brought you so much closer to us, listening to the inhales-exhales and realising that we are all in this together! 3. the background music is amazing and is creating an aesthetic environment 4. i felt really happy and content at the end of this workout. I feel only happy that your channel is growing and growing. I introduced Move with Nicole to my boyfriend (he's an aerial performer) and he loved every single workout! now im getting messages daily from him "just did a nikki workout" (sorry for the nikki haha), and sometimes we even do together the workouts ! all in all, thank you and i wish you all the best for the future ! <3 xx

    Love the pace of your workout - not too fast, not too slow! There's a sense of satisfaction at the end of the workout for completing every moves without stopping!

    Former Olympic Speed skater, cyclist and powerlifter,. Now holding myself together well as a masters athlete all thanks to Nicole. Did my time with weights , knew that the time for more age appropriate exercises (pilates) would come. it has. I picked a couple off this channel to start, never looked back. .. Thanks Nicole. Maintaining raw strength, and muscle but way with more control, no niggles. Love the variety. Great Instructor. Thanks so much for creating this channel.

    Girl,I was sobbing and dying by the first half hour and when the legs came in i knew I couldnt do it but i kept pushing through sweat and a river of tears. After the workout i felt all my stiffness gone and my headache disappeared! Thank you Nicole for pushing me through my mental limit and making me realise that I can do the impossible❤❤
  • Found some new muscles in my legs doing those side lunges!!! Really worked me. I had decided to workout on the lawn with the scent of roses wafting across. Feel fabulous now.

  • I hope you read this Miss Nicole. I fully underestimated pilates, so as a beginner, I tried this workout. It should be noted, I didn't even finish this workout. I think I did like 40 minutes and I did simpler versions of your movements. 👏🏾MISS 👏🏾 NI 👏🏾COLE 👏🏾 Tell me why my legs were wobbly immediately after. Then I thought, psshh this is probably because of the stretching I did after. 👏🏾MISS 👏🏾 NI 👏🏾COLE👏🏾 Tell me why my Thighs are on 🔥 🔥 today. But I love it. Anyhu. I'll rest with this series and interchange with simpler videos in between...but my goodness MISS 👏🏾 NI 👏🏾 COLE 👏🏾

    Thank you Nicole and to all of you for sharing your stories! I also have my grateful story - over the past two years I experienced two knee surgeries, started and resigned from a very toxic job and ended one toxic relationship to end up finding and marrying the man of my dreams - physically out of shape and up 25 lbs and mental exhausted, I found these videos - I had never done Pilates, yoga, running, but I am sold. I am so grateful for the soothing, calm accepting and nurturing manner every video brings. We are given permission to bring and be only what we can, and this is freeing but also empowering. Within a few months, I dropped the 25lbs I couldn’t shake for the past two years, my knee feels amazing (thanks to the great glute work) and my mental state has followed suit. I am grateful to hear so many others are benefiting as well! Keep on keepin’ on!

    Dear Nicole, I cannot tell you enough how I love all of your videos! I’m 50 years and was fairly athletic during my younger days but have neglected my exercise since a couple if years. I have had severe pain in my knee joints and was recuperating from a frozen shoulder. Ever since I began your workouts a couple of months back, I’m so much more flexible, my knee pain is gone my shoulder is back to normal. Not to mention the toned abs and derrière I am seeing in the mirror :) You’ve saved me tons of money in expensive pilate classes, and I get to watch your videos and do Pilates atleast 6 days a week for free at the comfort of my home. Also love the variations of videos and my fav is the one hour, 55 min and 50 min option. And your calm and gentle voice guiding through the session is so relaxing.
