1 Hour FULL BODY WORKOUT at Home | No Jumping, No Equipment, No Repeat

This is a 1 hour full body workout! No repeat! No equipment! No jumping! Let’s smash this!

This real time workout is a combination of 60 exercises to work every muscle group including quads, hamstrings, glutes, core, abs, back, chest, shoulders and arms!

Using our own bodyweight as resistance, we will be hitting our entire lower body. Also working on balance, co-ordination and mind to muscle connection such as side lifts and rear leg lifts.

No sports equipment needed but you will need a mat or elbow friendly surface.

Each exercise is performed for 50 seconds, 10 seconds to then get ready for next exercise! Once we complete one round, you are done!!! 👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼

Please remember to make this your own workout... take a break as and when you need to. On screen will be the next exercise, however change the exercise to whatever you wish!

I would recommend if not comfortable with forward stepping lunges, simply perform back stepping lunges instead to reduce impact on knees.

As always, perform push ups on knees and simply bend knees or single leg alternating for legs lowers if needed.

  • Paused my workout mid-way to write this. These 1-hour full-body workouts are an absolute dream. The no-jumping moves and the pace present the perfect amount of challenge to my muscles, and the no-repeat aspect is great for maintaining the mind-body connection. I personally prefer these over HIIT workouts, and I really appreciate how Caroline is putting out diverse content to suit all her viewers' preferences. The cues, editing, and music were all on-point.

    This is really great you have changed my life The way u have changed my life is because everyone used to go and tease me bc of my weight an once my own friend said that i look pregnant and that I'm fat and that made me so insecure about my body but I never let that stop me so that day when she said I'm pregnant and fat I searched up "workout with no equipment" and you came first so I clicked on this video and then i started to do every step every day and I became much more skinny and also stronger and now me and my "friend" always walk by and she says says sorry for how she treated me but i now realise that she is only saying that because of my looks So thank u so much for helping me make a difference in my life
