  • Still in love with everything in your workouts. I stopped looking for a perfect body, I started just trying to have a good moment working out and move because I love myself and want a healthy body. And THAT changed everything. The cool thing is that the side effect is that now, after months of doing your workouts minimum 3 times a week, I have a wonderful toned and flexible body without suffering and asking too much to myself. ❤

You've helped change the way I look at working out, Nicole. It's always been such a point of anxiety for me with having had anorexia, and exercise addiction in my past. I've always viewed working out as a means to be hard on myself, with almost an internalized aggressive energy attached to it. This is why I've gone through bouts of avoiding exercise. Thank you for your videos and for the energy you put forth into the world. I'm learning to view exercise as a means of self-connection and rootedness. Your work is meaningful.

Coming from someone who did Blogilates and then Chloe Ting and regular gym sessions for 5+ years - I think the slowness, breathing, and focus on your body really brings an intensity that's different and much enjoyed! Looking forward to doing these videos more.
  • This is only the 2nd time I have ever commented on a Youtube video but this one is definitely worth commenting on. Even as a trained yoga teacher and ex professional dancer I struggle to maintain a balanced approach to fitness. I'm either working too hard or doing nothing at all. Losing weight gaining weight and feeling stuck. This is my go to holy grail of videos!! When I have zero motivation I can somehow get to this one and I feel an all around sense of stability and calm when I do. Summer 2022 I did this class three times per week paired with a couple of 25minute elliptical sessions each week and still sipped a rose each sunset. I lost about 5kg, my chronic back pain subsided and I actually had beautifully defined abs. I'm in my late 30's but I looked visibly different in about 5 weeks. Looking forward to getting back into it for summer 2023 ...and to converting more friends and colleague to "team Nicole". Thank you so much Nicole 🥰

Hope you enjoy this 1 Hour Full Body Pilates Workout. Let me know in the comments below if you like the longer classes or if you have any requests for future videos. I apologize that the lighting keeps changing in the video, the sun that day couldn't decide whether it wanted to be out or not. Sending you all lots of love. 🙏💕

  • @yumikainCanada
It has been a month since I started to do Nicole's work out. I can not believe I have been able to complete 1 video of her every day and I am so proud of myself. After each video I completed, it gives me confidence and I feel getting stronger both mentality and physically. She is so calm and gentle. Thank you so much Nicole being such a wonderful inspiration :)

This is amazing. I'm 15, and think this is so much better than any other kind of workout. With most other workouts, you spend about 75% of the time actually working, and when you're not working, you don't do anything. In this, you spend literally the entire 58 minutes working; even when you're resting, you're still stretching. Each exercise trains the entire body, too, rather than one or two, giving you actual strength and fitness, not just some mirror muscles. I know this is exactly what anybody who's into yoga. Actually amazing, I fully recommend to anybody else. Thanks Nicole
  • @dannahkelly
This is the 5th video I've done of Nicole's and with each one I love her more. She is so calm, real, and always verbally directs both breath and body placement. She does this so well that I usually complete her entire videos with my eyes closed, an absolute gift. She always says "I know you can do it" at the exact moment I'm struggling to continue. Nicole you are saving my quarantine life and body <3 Thank you!
  • @mimileminh6397
Please have more 1 hour Pilates or 1 hour pilayoga class! Love your class with your calming voice!
  • I'm not the same person than I was 1 hour ago, thanks Michelle, I say to everyone around me that your channel is pure gold and at the same time, in 5 minutes in your workouts I hate you but at the end it feels like time flew
  • @murieldelcid
LOVE this 1 hour full body workout!!! I always do your shorter 40 minutes but this was awesome! Please do more 1 hour videos if you are able to! Always thank you so much for your beautiful videos. You are a gem!
  • @rachr9652
Love it, perfect pace, nice relaxing music, a very soothing voice narrating and deceivingly hard exercises. Please, could we have at least another 1 hour class in the future, to alternate?? Thank you very much for this class.
  • @clairesauzel
This was honestly one of the best Pilates workout I had !!
  • @CORI177
When I finish one of these full hour classes of Nicole's, I feel like a QUEEN! I feel graceful and strong and proud because I also practiced my breath work during the workout, which is beneficial for my yoga practice as well. Thank you for the workout that benefits my balance and femininity Nicole! Hope you're doing well wherever you live.
  • @erkydurky
I couldn’t have loved this any more! I really struggle to enjoy “working out” and constantly feel the outside pressures of society making me feel like a failure if I’m not doing 3 HIIT workouts, a boot camp and a 10k run per week. I honestly feel like this workout could’ve genuinely changed my life and my whole mindset surrounding exercise. Thank you, thank you, thank you - I WILL be back ♥️
  • @direnkartal2196
I have been using your videos to tone up for the last 3-4 months and boy do I see the changes in my legs, glutes and abs!!! Thank you so much Nicole! Anyone looking to do pilates you are my first recommendation:) 👍🏻
  • @ilovebobostyle
This was one of the best workouts I had in my entire 28 years on Earth! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Nicole. Please make more of these, you are a true blessing to us all.
  • I love the way she makes a 5'5" curvy, Polish girl feel like the tallest, most lithe and limber prima ballerina. I find myself challenging myself just a little bit more each workout.
