squash casserole for 2
double recipe for a 9x13
3 T. melted butter
1 1/2 pounds cubed yellow squash
1 small onion diced
1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken
salt
pepper
1 t. minced garlic

1 egg beaten
1/4 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 t. Pepper
1/2 t. thyme
1 cup shredded cheese

3 T. melted butter
1 sleeve Ritz crackers crushed
1/4 cup parmesan

350 oven 8x8 baking dish

  • Hey friends, Your flowers are absolutely beautiful. Love them. My dad loved zinnias. He always had beautiful zinnias. I couldn’t believe he even liked flowers 🌸 🌺. He’s been in heaven now 27 years. I miss him dearly still. I can only hope God has him tending His zinnias and other flowers. 😊
