protein oats recipe:
Ingredients:
1 banana
75g oats
3 large eggs
1 cup of milk (dairy, soya, oat or nut milks all work)
1 tbsp baking powder
pinch of cinnamon
1 tsp chia seeds
1 spoon of almond butter
2 scoop of protein powder (whey, pea or whatever your preference)
Blend and bake for 10 minutes 180 degrees.
