Good Morning Pilates Routine! 10 Minute Standing Pilates to improve posture.| No Equipment Needed

This is a lovely 10 minute standing morning energising routine to get you moving and ready for your day. It will improve your posture with regular practice too. You can do this workout anywhere, at home or on holiday. It's a simple, effective Pilates routine, explained clearly and at a steady pace so you can do it along with me. I recommend it be done daily to keep you feeling fit and flexible wherever you are. Enjoy!

    Hallo Rachel my husband and I are both in our sixties, I've done pilates before but stopped during lockdown . He and I started with your videos for seniors, have loved doing them, and are so enjoying the standing pilates. Would it be possible to have more senior mat videos? Or isn't it necessary to do the mat....we aren't sure which are suitable and he is very stiff and needs to become more flexible. Thank you so much for your wonderful videos , we love your friendly and informative manner!
