Standing Pilates Full Body Workout | 15 Minutes | No Equipment

Join me for a 15 minute standing pilates workout to sculpt your legs, tone your tummy and booty and give you a full body workout. This is the kind of workout you need to do daily if you're looking to tone your legs and bottom as well as lose weight. It is a low impact, high intensity workout and includes isometric holds to help you burn calories and build your strength and endurance so you will feel the full body challenge just trying to hold your balance during the exercises. It also contains exercises to tone the inner and outer thigh muscles which is vital if you want tone to your legs and don't want to overly develop the thigh muscles. It's important to tone front, back, inner and outer thighs equally to get well developed and toned legs. Hope you enjoy it.   • I'm a senior and I gave this workout a go 1hr since. My legs are wobbly and I need to work on balance ,which i do daily but this is a tough one ,but won't be beaten ,no doubts on that. Thankyou 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️

    These moves and all of your moves quite simply tick all the boxes. A one stop shop for get every muscle no nonsense, safe and sensible and be a beautiful dancer. You are Epic. These workouts are saving my life when I check in every day for 3 20 minute routines during the day (I am lucky to work at home in my office) and launching my day with a 60 minute gentle core routine for seniors, just the best way to get moving in the morning. A full recovery from a herniated disc following The Girl with the Pilates Mat. Great stuff.

  • I've been doing so many of your standing pilates workouts for the past couple of months. I found you because I was looking for standing up pilates because I had no mat and a hard wood floor. I'm really enjoying having you up on the big screen tv leading me through it all. Your exercises are helping me with my work which can be very physical and I'm not getting as many headaches.
