Hi! I'm Rachel, Certified Pilates Instructor with 14 years teaching experience, 25 years of practice and a former Professional Dancer. I started this Channel to bring the highest quality Pilates to people wherever they are in the world because everyone deserves to feel good in mind and body- no matter age or stage in life. I offer Pilates and Dance based fitness for all abilities and ages from Beginners to Advanced Levels. I also livestream classes every Monday and Friday, so do pop by and say hello!
