40 MIN PILATES ARC Mat Workout (intermediate level)

Hello Friends! Join me in this 40-Minute intermediate level Mat Pilates workout where we will use a Balanced Body foam arc to target our abdominals, hips and obliques. Modifications are given throughout the workout to make this doable at many levels, however we will be moving at a determined pace, so please adjust and slow down as necessary. Listen to your body and take modifications given when appropriate for you :)
