  • The 'Deep Stretch' series is like magic or medicine for the body and soul - I love each 20 min video as well as the full routine. Music is calming and spiritual. A must try for everyone!

    WOW! I hold so much tension and stress in my neck and shoulders that I often feel very tight and have pain in these areas. I did this series this morning to relieve the tension that was causing a headache. I not only did this series, but 2 others. I feel like a new person. I will certainly start doing these regularly!     As a hairstylist I have my arms up all day long and I get a ridiculously tense neck and shoulders because of it. This practice really helped to loosen up the tension I have been carrying around and I feel so much better! the Thank you!   • I feel such gratitude for your generosity in sharing your yoga videos. You bring such caring, calm and peace with each one. Your practices are so healing for a person like me, who has been trying to live companionably with a chronic muscle condition for almost 40 years.     Woke up with headache this morning. I'm suffering from tension headache more or less every week, but with yoga I can handle it. This was a nice release for the neck and a good preparation for the 7 day challenge tomorrow :).
  • I think this is the first YouTube video I have ever commented on, because I have to say thank you. This routine has dramatically improved my life. These exercises have provided more relief to my.muscle tension headaches then anything else I have tried. I canโ€™t even tell you what a difference itโ€™s made. Thank you!!

  • I've been in and out of PT for six months. Several weeks back I found one of your videos and I've been using them ever since. This morning I found your deep stretch videos and they were wonderful. I like how you "talk in the background" instead of while you're doing poses; I think your voice is clearer using that method. I love your inviting style; setting up a pose but encouraging me to make it my own, move how it feels comfortable for me. I also like how you move through the poses slowly, allowing me to savor each one. Your voice very is soothing. I'm done with PT; it just isn't making changes that stick. I was very active before the pandemic, then lost so much tone and flexibility. I look forward to getting back to me and am confident I can do it using your methods. I'm glad you're here, thank you!
  • I was so surprised how much of my current neck pain ended up being connected to my low back until I did these stretches today. It showed me a connection from neck to back that I never realized existed until now. This will help me so much to heal from my neck all the way down my spine. I felt so relaxed and amazing after this routine!
