    I turned 57 y/o in September. I am 300 lbs and a bit tore up from a life in the martial arts, and just generally not taking care of myself. I injured my right hip and was having a bit of a go with it, and my lovely daughter turned me onto your channel. The way you present Yoga makes me want to do Yoga! LOL!     I just love the variety of your videos. I can always find something that suits me, either by the length, the strength or the body part. It would be nice if you could make a few more videos with standing yoga exercises and maybe something like "yoga by the work desk" - something simple that can literally be done during a break at work. Thanks and keep it up!
