Release tension from your hips and lower back so you can fall asleep fast after this gentle, hatha bedtime yoga practice. This entire routine can be done in bed. Try the 💙 HIPS SLOW STRETCH: bit.ly/25minHIPS
  • One of the best yoga sequences I've ever experienced. Minimal talking and easy movements that flow into each other. It did not feel like 20 minutes at all. Thank you!

Been doing yoga since 1998 and this is hands-down the best bedtime yoga video I've ever seen (and I have purchased many yoga videos). Your intonation for yoga is just right as is your choice of music and you explain the poses very well. There's just one thing I could recommend, and that is because I would like to share this video with people who are not very flexible. Maybe in the future if you could show the use pose modifications and use of props such as yoga straps for people who have a hard time touching their toes etc, that would be helpful.Having said that, this is still the best bedtime yoga video I've seen. Thank you.

This is the absolute best relaxing yoga video I've done yet. And the first one that after doing different stretches in between poses have felt like I could go deeper into those stretches! My low back and hips feel 10x better. Thank you! ✨

I went from feeling anxious to completely relaxed ! a feeling ive missed :) thank you so much for this
  • I have done this video so many times because it is SO relaxing and helpful!! It really relives the pain and tension in my hips and back. I feel completely at ease by the end of this sequence, and I especially appreciated savasana tonight. Thank you!

I love Sarahbeth she is so cool..she simply explains everything for an older lady like myself she's not in a hurry and she is extremely calming...thank you
  • Fantastic practice! My hips have been killing since giving birth last September...well, before that, during pregnancy, lol! SaraBeth, I'm sure you know the feeling! This practice was perfect, not too difficult and definitely does the trick. I've done it 3 times in the last few days and seriously looking forward to trying your other deep hip/back videos in the next week. You da best, SaraBeth! Love your channel! <3

  • excellent! I'm not a yoga person (actually I practice wushu) but this was exactly what I needed to relax for bed. perfect music choice. thank you!
  • @LadyPg5678
I've been walking around with terrible low back pain for the last 2 days. I've been following your videos for a year and decided to use this video tonight. I feel so much better! You are so amazing and so peaceful. Thank you for all that you do. Namaste.
  • @kvanderholst
This one has got to be one of my absolute favorites for relaxing before bed! I feel so amazing and calm and all my stress melts away!
  • @alliholmes7802
Thankyou again Sara. A very healing routine. A perfect blend of movement and music and a wonderful, peaceful practice before heading off to sleep. I had a yoga teacher once who guided us through savasana by going through the parts of the body (from top of head down to tips of toes) by saying "relax your head, relax your eyes, your jaw....down the arms, fingertips, torso, legs to tippy toes. She had such a beautiful, soothing voice like yours. It would be great if one day you could add a minute at the end of a relaxation practice and incorporate this as something very special and meditative. With your voice, people would be drifting of to la la land. Goodnight, sweet dreams, Alli x
  • @JustJRR
This was just what I needed after this long & stressful day! Thank you for your generosity. Namaste.

I only started doing yoga two weeks ago, and I they have all come from SarahBeth. I think the 20-minute bedtime practice was particularly helpful in understanding how important breathing is in all of this. In some of the others, I get too focused on not falling over...but I'm getting there.
