  • Jessica I've been doing your workouts for a few weeks now and always mean to comment but I've been having a tough time lately. I'm going to start commenting more because sometimes you say things that I really needed to hear someone say. Today it was when you said not to worry about whether or not I was feeling the way I was supposed to and that no matter what, I was doing it right. I needed to hear that and tell myself that. I have had ptsd my entire life and my therapist is trying to help me connect to my body because I'm so dissociated from it. So yes, when I follow along with YouTube videos I am always concerned about whether or not I'm doing it right and feeling what I'm supposed to be feeling. Hearing you say "you're doing it right" brought my mind a bit of peace so that I was able to focuse more on my body so thank you.

    This was amazing!!! THANK YOU! I have extremely tight muscles (I workout 4-5x / week) but no matter what types of stretches I do - static or dynamic nothing seems to work. So I'm always on the look out for a good routine that just makes me feel slightly better lol. But yeah, I'm one of those that absolutely can NOT touch my toes. I can NOT sit crosslegged...even when I am laying down on the floor, I have to lift my lower back up off the ground because it hurts to lay totally flat... So I'm ALWAYS modifying everything. And I do work from home and thought "let's search for a 10 minute pliates stretch workout..." just stopped and did this and I feel a lot better right now! <3 will definitely be adding you to my routines!!!
