    I want to say thankyou for being so encouraging to beginners of all kinds. I have hypermobility and associated chronic pain. I just graduation college and the career I want seemed like it might have become an impossible dream because of my body and the fear I had of the gym and being able to exercise and gain strength without hurting myself. I've only been following along with your videos for the past few days but it's already the most confident I've felt in my ability to actually do something and improve. I can honestly say I cried because of your encouragement. Thankyou for making these videos and making them accessable.

    I loved this beginnerโ€™s Pilate workout. I love that Jessica talks you through the entire workout and even gives modified versions to help us get through it. I feel rejuvenated and more flexible after this.
