Hi Beth, fellow VFer. I'm upping my game with yoga, meditation, and using polyvagal theory (I'm a therapist) as I'm experiencing multiple trauma symptoms. Thank you for this video! Do you know the diameter of your cylindrical bolster? I also have hip/low back issues, and that looks like it would be a great addition to my toolbox. Also, if you have a favorite brand/place to buy.
