Revolve and Release your mid-back with just two yoga poses! You'll move dynamically with a side-lying yoga twist, then you'll lengthen your side body with a supported lateral yoga stretch. This yoga practice will soothe your thoracic spine, which is your mid-back area around the rib cage. You will need a blanket; a yoga block and small pillow are additional optional props.
