Are you ready to be refreshed! This week Chef Tom teaches how to make a Moscow Mule with a twist using maple syrup. First he adds a bit of char with the Yoder Smokers YS640s pellet grill and the Yoder Smokers cast iron griddle, then he adds in some sweetness with maple syrup and mixes it up for a tasty beverage. This one is simple, yet refreshing, so it's great for any occasion. It also comes together quickly, so you can make as many as it takes to keep everyone happy. ;-)

Fever Tree, in my opinion, has the best ginger beer. It has a really nice spicy note and goes well in mules. Cheers!

make it a Mexican Mule; use mezcal, some frozen fruit like mango or pineapple, add mint
