just did this practice for the first time. recently lost my senior year colligate season to COVID-19, so I'm not technically an athlete anymore... When you said "the athlete in me recognizes the athlete in you" it made me tear up a little. Namaste, and stay safe everyone!
  • @CFTWFILMS
Love this one too. I appreciate you getting right into it. No chit chat stuff at the beginning of your sessions.

I wish more people understood how amazing yoga is.
  • I'm a pallet rebuilder it's a rough job and your video has helped me release years of tension from standing on concrete using a hammer a crowbar and a nail gun. Your video is absolutely phenomenal your really a hero. Thank you so much! Namaste
  • 3 years later and still one of my favorite routines.💙💙💙
  • @prairierose_
Your advice about the key to deep breathing being deep exhalations = life changing! (Or at least the yoga part of my life!) My chest always felt so tight when I tried to breathe deeply, but now it feels so open and relaxed. Thank you!!
  • “Spend one minute practicing total relaxation”. My toddler: “mama, mama, mama, mama”

80% of this video was you lying silently with calming music. LOVED IT!!!! you have such talent
  • I like how your videos the instruction is voice over and not the person practicing. Very good practice. Thank you.
  • I've exercised to three of your videos and I feel so much better and its only been three days!
  • I put in at least 20-30 minutes of yoga before and after dance sessions/workouts. Not about to let the psoas and calf muscles get tight, or it’ll leave me with lower back and knee pain. I’ve experienced it before. Didn’t start doing this until 6 months ago. The mobility I’ve gained from yoga helps me go harder than I’ve been able to before.
  • this is not just yoga..it's a blissful experience for your mind, body and soul
  • I used this video while recovering from Covid. While hospitalized, my physician showed me a position to help clear and strengthen my lungs. I recognized it as childs pose. I was able to keep my flexibility, and help to improve my breathing. Thank You for your wonderful videos!

I`m always looking forward for the half pigeon pose ! It`s one of my favourites and it always gets me super excited
  • Wanted to thank you for this video. I'm a Bodybuilder and I'm often extremely tight. Most beginner yoga videos don't focus on what I need for relief or aren't as beginner as they seem to think. This was just right. Definitely going to be following this over and over
  • As an athlete who never stretches other than at practice this shit was painful
  • @mj8350
Wow, this calmed me down so much, and as a person with usually a very stressful schedule, this was amazing. I appreciate you just getting right into it. I’m subscribing!
