Great conversation and excellent information. I just picked up 1500-750 after many weeks of research.

Best interview I have seen regarding RLT and Mito Red Light is hands down the best product and company to deal with. I purchased the Pro Series 1500 + 750 after owning a standard set from another company for over a year. Mito Red Light's support answered my call on the 1st ring both times while I was setting up the system. Fabulous support! I believe it was Mr Chaverri, himself. A Mr Johnson and his support person with a rival company are downright rude, not helpful and they have been around longer (Platinum). I noticed the difference with the added 630nm, 830nm and more powerful 5W LEDs during the 1st week. 6mins front, back, each side at 9" distance 10 times a week and 12 hours apart at least on the days I do it twice. After workouts and 15mins after ingesting Spirulina and Chlorella.

Late last year, after an increasing feeling of sharp pains all around my hip joint, I was diagnosed with hip arthritis. I was really depressed. Been an avid walker for over 45 years. Right after that diagnoses, I bought a red light therapy pad. Where I had had painful hip and related knee pain from the nerves, using this infrared light therapy repeatedly & religiously every night before going to sleep, so far, 9 months later, I am free of pain for several days at a time and I'm able to get up & down from gardening without any pain as well. While I can't walk briskly for an hour or even 15 minutes without probably feeling like I did before, atleast I can walk for quite awhile without any pain...I just have to not strike my foot down on hard concrete & I'm good all day. Also if you have nerve pain, infrared light therapy works wonders! No nerve pain around my knee, either. I feel like it's almost night and day since using my therapy pad. Now, I have 2 of them.

Interesting discussion thank you - red light of 670 nm for 3 minutes in the morning at 8 mW/cm2 once a week slows the ageing of the eyes for those 40 and over we have the particulars and the equiptment they are affordable too
  • Is it possible that this therapy could repair knee injury ACL meniscus tear & one could avoid knee surgery ?

The one I use at the gym is only 633 nm, but it is a full 360 degree booth with a variable vibration plate. My face looks so much younger when I use it regularly. I think I sleep better when I use it as well.
  • I use my red light therapy mask every night I really like it a good investment

Pulsing light in experiments helps jet lag, returning to a circadian rhythm

Cold light is same thing, just a different term for it…just as photobiomodulation and red light therapy is same thing, only the term used is different.
