I know this Channel is focused on skin care - but there are other really great benefits with LED therapy. I have arthritis in my hip and had a lot of pain. I heard the LED could help so I started using my mask on the hip and it helped. Then I bought a big LED panel - and my pain disappeared almost completely within a week. Now I use it 5 days a week.

To be honest Penny the only thing I don't understand is why you do not have several million followers by now because your channel is by far the best most informative and downright bloody brilliant skincare channel on YouTube! Oh and excellent video- wow that panel is pretty! ❤ 😊 ❤

I bought her mask and serum. If you buy the mask you don't even notice the pulse light which I use. I use it everyday. Love it.

I loved this video! Thank you Penn. I have been using red light for three years now, with pulse. It has made such a big difference to my skin and I constantly get compliments from friends and strangers as well. People ask me what I use. I always lead with red light therapy and then tell them to follow you for skin care tips! ❤❤❤

Yes! I have thr Maysama panel and use the rooibos serum from Bev as well. What I love is exactly what she said, they started with science and built the product vs building first and then marketing!
