With an over-arching emphasis on toxin accumulation and inflammation overdrive, Dr. Perry discusses how the lymphatic system relates to the immune system, the gut and nutrition, aging, weight gain, the liver, joint health, and movement adaptations. Simplifying cellular mechanisms using filtration analogies, Dr. Perry paints the story of the lymphatic system and the importance of using his ordered lymphatic drainage technique paired with movement to optimize your body’s internal health.

  • Ok , i was having a very rough few days physically, mentally, and emotionally. I did the lymphatic drainage he suggested in the video, and it was like a burst of energy and happy feelings almost instantly. I feel great! Has anyone else experienced this after the lymph drainage? Just from one first time doing it?

    Amazing information, and yes, I was doing it in the right order, but I didn't know about the back of the leg. I'm going to practice this daily to get more relief.
