I love you! I have osteoarthritis in both knees and I can't do intense workouts. This helps me sweat a bit and makes me feel like I'm doing a bit of cardio. It's safe to say you're helping me keep my sanity during this lockdown as well.

I just discovered this workout of yours today and loved it. It might become my early morning wake up work out when Iβm still stiff and my body hasnβt warmed up for the day. Now that Iβm older ( 60) and stiffer, I canβt jump straight into some routines , even though Iβve exercised all my life, and I donβt have a lot of time before going to work to wait for my body to warmup. I think this will work and then I can do the shorter weights routines at night. Thank you.

That was a very upbeat class. As long as Iβve known I have always been a yoga practitioner. Turning 50 recently I realised I have to add to my practice somehow with Pilates possibly.
