MS Diet What I Eat in a Day

Publicado 2022-06-05
“You’re whole food plant based? What do you eat?” I often get asked these questions. In this video I share what I eat in a day to help manage my multiple sclerosis (MS). I eat a whole food plant based diet (WFPB) that is full of nutrients and anti-inflammatory foods and it is easier than you might think!

I was diagnosed in 1994 at age 29. I remained A Symptomatic until 2009 when I became my parents caregiver and my stress level increased. I have never taken any meds and have not had many episodes since 2011. I manage my MS through a strict Carnivore diet, exercise and prayer. I have not had any new lesions in 8 years. I know my body and what's best for me better than any doctor who is in the business of making money.

Thank you for this video and the helpful tips. I was just diagnosed with MS and am doing all the research I can for home management. I’m still in the hospital now and I found your videos. ❤

I literally got my diagnosis confirmed today per spinal tap results. Finally found a video talking about actual foods to eat. Everything I see leads me to a program that I have to buy to get the answers I am looking for.

  • So happy to find such an amazing videos, it is so helpful and inspiring! Thank you so much! Lot´s of tips, articles and protocols in the internet can be very confusing and overwhelming. I’ve been diagnosed 2 weeks ago and Wahls protocol was the first book I’ve bought. First thought - I can’t eat that much greens and I can’t leave this way 😂. But the diet you present looks much more doable and reasonable. Sorry if the question is stupid, but lactose free dairy doesn’t work as well, right? And what are your thoughts on Ghi butter?
