I've watched many blind dogs and disabled cats videos and what I've found is, they behave exactly the same as a healthy dog or cat. Their physical ability never stop animal to live their life at their best. Sometimes I wonder whether a human is the most intelligent creature we think we are.

I used to think bout the problems in my life as challenges until I realized that problems and are obstacles are actually opportunities for change, growth and gain experience. Everything changes the moment you are able to see a problem as an opportunity.

It's all so true. I'm starting to watch my mind now and observe its shenanigans. When I do this and just breathe and look around, it's instantly calming. I realize that I'm okay and it actually brings a smile to my face and I feel peace. It's absolutely liberating.
