“Life is ironic. It often takes depression to know happiness. It takes stress to understand calm. It takes absence to value presence.”

A daily dose of ECKHART a Day will keep the EGO away🙏🏽😊💜

“Everybody has a spiritual teacher, and for most people it’s their suffering.” So true.

The truth will set you free, but first it will make you miserable. The truth is that there is suffering. We see this suffering as an enemy, something to be avoided, when in fact it is the one thing that has the power to lead us to enlightenment.

“The world is here not to make you happy, but to challenge YOU.” -ECKHART TOLLE💜🙏🏽💜🙏🏽

Suffering is a teacher telling you again and again that you aren't a material being and looking for happiness at wrong place.

Grow through what you go through, don’t let what makes you frown keep you down. ✌🏽
  • It was exactly this same time in 2020 when I discovered Eckhart Tolle. I had just been into this self-exploring and the path of understanding. But after I found Eckhart Tolle, I have realized it's not about understanding. Its actually being there, seeing it as it is. The only limit is our minds 🙏❤

Jung stated " communion is depth, singleness is height". We reach new height when alone but build the foundation for those height when with others.

"Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional." - Ancient Buddhist saying You're welcome!
  • @TheDhammaHub
No other teacher conveys the urgency of practice like suffering
  • The suffering has been there but till now, when you become truly conscious of it, dare to feel the pain it brings, to love the part in you that's feeling it, you can transcend the pain to truly experience a state of transformation out of those sufferings. You'll get over the hurt of expectations coming from places you seek love outside, you will love those places enough, so those parts in suffering, can once again choose to feel one with love again safely but the ego really hurts in a tormenting way, when you truly realise you shall first love yourself truly deeply within- self love is not narcissistic, you are giving love energy remembrance to parts hurting to be one with all that's 😍🙏

Yes, this is a very reliable teacher. Each time I slack with my awareness s/he appears to teach me.

I don’t even need to listen, I completely agree!!

When dealing with a Narcissist, Sociopath or a Psychopath they all have several things in common No Empathy, No Compassion, Zero Self Awareness, and Extremely Childlike EQ or EI. When any Human has the Emotional Intelligence level of a 5-7 year old, expect they will act like a stubborn child. This is age where they stopped growing on an Emotional Level because of some type of trauma event happened in their life. They choose not overcome it, which leads to one always playing the victim. When a Human has ZERO-Self Awareness they truly don't know how moronic or destructive they are.

I am a big fan of Eckhart for years. Without his teachings, I couldn't even imagine how I would have handled my life.I spend too much of time in identifying my thought patterns and repeated behaviors. But now all of a sudden I feel I don't know who I am? Where do I go? A state of deep uncertainty and confusion. Can someone help plz??
  • Oh yea, I've been pushing that "self destruct" button my whole life. I'm working on it, thanks Eckhart, we get by with a little help from our friends.
