"Being busy without stress means just being totally focused on whatever you happen to be doing right now. Never focused more on the outcome that you want to achieve through whatever activity you're doing right now than the activity itself. ... If there's no stress, there's actually a heightened sense of aliveness as you are active, ... that could be called "enjoyment" of what you're doing."

Such a beautiful gift this lady shared and the answer too. This is the stage where I am at now. I had brain surgery almost 4 years ago and am feeling well enough to re engage with the world, but it is little by little, I found myself last year still too vulnerable and becomming stressed when I did volunteer work and began grieving because I could not hold the sacred presence within myself while I was interacting with others, so I withdrew again. It has become so important to me to hold that sacred space now that I am considering retiring from my previous job and I'm more clear about what is most important to me, am not willing to compromise, its hard to explain that to people that have not had the experience. My health comes first and I feel that with all I have achieved to get to this point, (Learned to walk again, move my face, adapted to one sided hearing loss and vision problems), that I wish to still honour the process, and to honour my human self , my spirit self and all that I have become.

It was being in an abusive relationship for 3 years that directed me to Eckhart. I am an artist and the relationship affected my creativity really badly. From being confident and resilient, I started doubting myself and became fearful in every situation. Thanks to Eckhart I have learned to let go and be in peace with myself. Feel complete within and present. Enjoy every little moment and the wonderful world that is around me. Thank you, Mr. Eckhart
  • "Every human Being is a manifestation of the One Consciousness that is Awakening." Love this.

I can relate to this woman’s story, healing from cfs/ME myself and I was bed ridden. This illness has indeed been a gift and a teacher and as I heal and add things to my life I have been fearful of falling into that stress/busy way of living. Presence is a practice for sure!
  • I am very happy for this lady that she was able to get out of physical pain through presence. I need to. I was in a tragic crash in 2017 where my 9 year old nephew Caleb was killed. I still suffer physical pain every minute and heart broken. It has affected my life so much. Have tried everything to heal and still no relief. I am desperate and need to find presence again. Thank you Eckart.

Thank you Eckhart. You're in time. I was in the stressed frequency a while ago and this video just blew the stress away. Thank you so much😊😊😊

It is not easy to get stressed when you are in the present moment the majority of the time. What you actually do while being present doesn't matter too much =)
  • @AnisQiz
Hurry slowly 🙏🏼❤️. The state he speaks of also sounds like flow.

Thank you Eckhart for the short but profound video. Being present means you enjoy the task you're doing and you dont worry about the past or the future (outcome). Don’t think something is terrible e.g very important. Very important is your consciousness behind what you are doing. This video was very inspiring. Today i had to go out of my comfort zone a bit to attend (short notice) a short interview and test for a training which i passed and will lead to a longer training over several months. For me it is essential to keep calm, present and peaceful with my inner consiousness but due to the short time i was feeling a bit uncomfortable since i could not plan in advance as much as i normally like doing. I tried to stay calm and will learn from this experience. I guess sometimes we have to allow use to push the boundaries a bit if we want to change certain things. I could also have said no but then i would have probably needed to wait a few more weeks or probably months.

Listening to the lady's story amazed me. Thank you lady, That was my story too. After a hit on my head,I ended up in the bed for almost 2weeks. No pain or suffering, hunger or thirst. All the tests came out ok even after no medications for 2 weeks. Very calm and blissful sleep day and night. It was more like dream world.Thank you E.T for your teachings. I love them .
