This is a Full body Pilates and strength workout with dumbbells to improve abs, arms and glutes strength. This routine is a strength and stretch workout, where we incorporate both pilates and strength moves to strengthen the body and work on stretch as well. This is a 35 min Pilates and strength workout with dumbbells as the only prop. If you are searching for a full body pilates workout for weight loss, this is a great routine for you, as it has more focus on strength training than most pilates workout, which has been shown to be supportive of weight loss goals and can assist in providing a more "toned" look by increasing muscle in the body. This workout contains a warmup, full body workout and cooldown stretch. It is perfect if you are looking for a 30 min full body pilates with weights workout, and would like to improve both your strength and flexibility.

    Former 5am gym rat here to say thank you for your videos! I stopped weight training in the fall of 2021, deciding to get an extra hour of sleep and take a 2.5 mile walk around my neighborhood instead. Knowing I really needed to do more, I found your 28 wall pilates challenge a couple of months back and loved it. I love that I can get a good workout in in around 30 minutes. I'm excited to start this new strength challenge, especially since I know how important using weights is for women as we age. Thank you!
