About this challenge:
It's been a year since I posted my 28 Day Wall Pilates Challenge and I'm excited to bring you a new Wall Pilates Challenge! This challenge is shorter in duration and in length of videos, making it beginner friendly while also offering more modifications to intensify the exercises. I selected exercises from strength training and mat pilates to help you get stronger, especially in the abs. Every day includes ab work, as this seems to be the most common area that women are targeting, especially those who have had children like myself! In this challenge I will teach you how to use the wall to make regular Pilates exercises more achievable for beginners, using a small range of motion, and how you can build up strength for more advanced movements. After you complete this challenge, you can move on to my 28 day Wall Pilates challenge or the other challenges I have listed on the calendar. Good luck and I hope you love it!

    It's difficult the find the appropriate workout guide for one. I am glad I found you! Most workout videos online have no commentary and just music, so I was missing out proper guidance on how to do some moves. Really appreciate your directions. The workouts suited best to me, well paced and balanced. Also loved the warm up and stretching! Big thanks for making these classes.
  • Really are great workouts! I live in the middle of nowhere with no local gyms & a stay at home mom.. I’ve always been very active was in the medical field & fire department, & now have old injuries, & old surgeries & these workouts are low impact yet very challenging. & easy for a busy mom with minimal equipment. I’m very happy I found your page. 😊

    Thanks so much for posting a new calendar for May and I’m so looking forward to the 14 day challenge after Memorial Day! Diving into month 5 I am feeling so in tune with my body like never before and am really connecting with each exercise, able to really squeeze the target muscles now - it’s been a ‘wow’ factor for me. I did this workout with another full body - my goal now is to try to do a few together when I’ve got the time, hope to maybe do this 3-4 days a week……you’re incredible, grateful to have found you ❤
  • Got day 8 done today. The one legged wall sit was a little hard with the injured ankle but I got through it. I need the leg work for sure. I added in dumbbells too! 💪

    I’m back! First workout since returning from All inclusive fortnight in Jamaica - had no plan what to start back with so just tried this new one. I can really feel the extra pounds in weight, and so need to focus again! Thanks Rachel 😊

    Rachel - I really enjoy your workouts! Do you have any tips or suggestions for meal planning to go along with your workout routines? I have young (ie picky) eaters so dinner is out of my hands but I’d love some ideas for breakfast and lunch that would support the workouts and enhance my postpartum weight loss journey.     This says beginner friendly... I just started your program and I'm not so sure about that. Also, can you recommend an alternative/ modification to the side plank? I have neck and shoulder issues and can't do this one.
