  • Thank you so much SarahBeth. I recently realized how inflexible I've become over the last year. I used to practice yoga several times a week but have lost my practice over the last few months when life got in the way and I couldn't afford to attend the expensive yoga classes in my city. I've devoted to getting back into it and now I have no excuses with access to your videos. Keep up the great work!

    I absolutely LOVE that you include an actual savasana and namaste in your video! You are one of the first I've found. It is so hard for me when instructors end their videos with a pitch and never close the practice. I feel incomplete. Thank you for closing your class well! I am grateful.

    One of the best yoga routines I've ever done. It's simple, but fun and with Sarah Beth's wonderful cueing, you can practice yoga without having to constantly look at the screen. The music is soothing too! I'd like to listen to it at work if the list is available.
  • Sara Beth I was ALMOST able to follow this routine. So I just backtracked and carried on. AWESOME !!! It has made the difference today. I was very depressed but these stretches have helped to alleviate it. Thank you for being such an awesome teacher and showing me how to save my mental and physical health. Also, I now found myself standing Mountain Pose while waiting at the Customer Service line waiting on a clerk. Even that little stand made all the difference of how I feel about myself. Every day a little improvement and my knees do not hurt as much. It seems that every day they hurt just a little less. Well, off to drink more water !!!1
