30 minutes ab workout to target the rectus abdominus muscles, the obliques and the strengthening of the core.

The timer will be on for 50 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds rest on between each set!

All you will need to follow along is your mat!

The pace is slow. Aim to perform each rep as best you can! Reach as high with a crunch, lower slowly. With leg lowers, lower to suit your ability where the lower back maintains completely pressed on the mat.

Draw knees to chest at any point you need to pause!

HOVER TAP (same arm on mat)

ALTERNATING HOLLOW TUCK
TOE TAPS
DEADSTOP TO HOLLOW CRUNCH
LEG CIRCLES (switch direction each rep)
HIPS UP & DOWN
ALTERNATING HIP DIPS
SAW 360° (switch direction each rep)

Once in a while, I love to spend that bit longer duration on some specific core and abs. This is perfect combined post a main workout or even post a stretch and mobility routine.

Be sure to breath throughout, brace core and try to relax!

    I've been doing this work out roughly once a week for nearly four months. I cant explain the difference it has made. The first few times of doing this workout, I couldn't even finish it, and today, I still haven't mastered all the moves especially the plank twists where I struggle to hold my balance for the duration, however feel so much stronger and less grunting and groaning. Amazing! Thank you so much. <3

    I found my happy place… Epic Heat, repeat. What I noticed during this ab workout is how my core strength has improved. After 15 months of Caroline's workouts there has been a dramatic effect in every part of my body. I have always been fit but my level of fitness has increased ten fold. Strength training has proved enormously beneficial to my running and, I’ve been injury free during the whole year. After decades of a range of fitness classes where I was never encouraged to try to do a full push-up, I am now able to do them. Amazing. All down to Caroline Girvan' supportive encouragement - to try, even if it’s just 1 or, 2. When I do 20, I feel so proud and strong. Believe in yourself. You can do this. Yes, it’s hard.
