Back by popular demand and several requests for this workout, I have another 30/ 30 workout for you all! This is a 30 minute jumpboard workout, followed by a 30 (28 minute) reformer workout. The jumpboard portion of the workout will fire up those legs, glutes and core as well as get the heart rate up. The reformer portion of the workout focuses more of abs and upper body with some stretching. I am using a pilates circle as a prop, but if you don't have a circle, you could use a mini ball or no props! I also have a yoga block for laying on my side and I like to use my pilates neck pillow when I jump because its more comfortable on my neck and back. If you don't have a jumpboard, you can either skip to the 30 minute mark on this video or just do the reformer only video that I will also post.

  • The jumping challenge was awesome! I have a Balance Body Studio reformer and the jump board is hard without any give. Just ordered a pillow-like addition for it and will try this again. The 30/30 format worked well. Thanks for another creative workout!

  • Question: I’ve always wondered if you reposition the gear bar when you do the jump board. I have the multi position one that has 6 holes. I have it on the second hole closest to the platform. Should I change that for jump board work?
