    Hi Nicole, just wanted to tell you of the successes I’ve had all because of your videos! I’ve been dancing ballet for nearly three years and my pirouettes were TERRIBLE. I even had private lessons to try and address it and it just didn’t click. Life has been a bit crazy and I haven’t been able to dance so I’ve been doing your videos 3/4 times a week. I went back to dance yesterday and my teacher said my pirouettes have improved so much and I look very stable when turning. I could actually feel my back and ab muscles, and I felt so sturdy! I guess I just didn’t have those muscles before. So thank you :)

    woke up my whole being istg it's so difficult yet it felt so good! i did some pauses in between because there are some exercises i cannot do but all in all, it really made me feel good. i hope this lessens my back pain that i have been feeling for two years now. thank you, miss nicole!!
