    Definitely my favourite Pilates instructor! all of Nicole’s classes are brilliant, really challenging with levels for all abilities, please can we have more 40 mins total body classes? 😀

  • This video just destroyed my core in the best way possible. I’ve always had issues with breathing properly throughout workouts which creates light-headed-ness so i love how you inform us about the proper inhale / exhales in your videos too. ❀ super helpful!
  • Omg this video came at the perfect time. I work out 5 days a week on the bicycle. I am slim but I have lower stomach fat and I was looking for a workout that targeted the core area. I’m so glad I finally found a workout for me. Thank you. ❀
