  • Reminder for myself and others: if you couldnā€™t do one or two moves (looking at you, side plank), you still did almost the entire video! Thatā€™s a huge deal. Especially coming from beginner, to moderate, and getting into intermediate. Itā€™s a journey. ā¤ Be kind to yourself.
