    As I'm on my period and I've been in a very oddly depressive state these past couple of days, the first ten minutes felt so long. I still decided to continue, because I remembered how good I've always felt after your workouts. This was no exception. My glutes are on fire and I'm sweating, but I couldn't feel more refreshed. I don't know how you do it, Nicole, but you really make me get out of bed every day and carry on with my life. You are amazing, keep going!πŸ₯°β€
