    I came upon this workout this morning and what caught my eye was “morning Pilates” as I get up at 5am to exercise before the kids wake up and then my body also needs to wake up. So these calm yet burn on the muscles is a perfect way to wake up. I love all your workouts. Please load more “morning Pilates” videos like this. And your calming voice is such a great complement to all your videos. I only do your workouts.
  • I just wanted to get something off my chest... Pilates and especially Nicole’s channel have helped me so much with my depression. I felt so much more connected to my body and my surroundings. Due to a surgery last week i wasn’t able to do any sports and my depression came back. Today is the first day where I’m allowed to do Pilates again and I already doing so much better. I feel relaxed, happier, and just more intact with myself. So thank you so much Nicole, and people who motivate each other in the comment sections, for these awesome Pilates workouts/classes.     Thank you for doing these more gentle ones to help me workout daily even when I don't feel well. My doctor shared recent research where they found doing exercise more often at lower intensity has better results than constant hard workouts. You're ahead of the science!

    I personally really enjoy her videos because I feel like I am actually back in class and I am able to exercise at home and I don’t feel uncomfortable being around this huge crowd of people in a room. While I stretch and work out while watching, I forget my worries for a time and feel rejuvenated

  • I really enjoyed this softer version for those days in between. Its nice to have a variation of videos to sort through that will suit your mood and your activity tolerance for that particular day. This was perfect for me this morning :) I have to say, Nicole is probably my favourite pilates instructor on Youtube.

    Hi Nicole, I traditionally lifted weights and did cardio at gym but have transformed to HIT training 3x a week and 2x a week Pilates.
