    Im 17 and an elite gymnast but I've been needing to take a break from my trainings and high intense workouts cause of an eating disorder that Im still fighting with but your workouts are perfect for me, especially the more challenging ones. They help me not loosing my balance, strength or flexibility but isn't tooo intense. thank you Nicole <3

  • Currently 9 weeks pregnant and the hormones have kicked in with extreme exhaustion. I used to bodybuild, and I am also a dancer, but being able to utilize these exercises used to warm me up before my shows on tour as well. Very grateful that they even strengthen me during pregnancy and eventually motherhood ❤

  • This is the second class of yours that I've done since I got covid. I had to take two weeks off, and before that I would have religiously have done your weekly playlists. From the two weeks out, it will really showed me how much I benefit from your classes. My flexibility/mobility was just not the same. Things hurt more than I had come used to. I can already feel my body returning to it's former state. It's also wonderful that I'm not happy for the aesthetics of it, I'm happy to be returning to my state of movement, which is huge for me.
