  • I am 62 and used to run track (waaaaayy back in high school šŸ˜‚). I am a dog trainer so I am constantly moving all day. However I have noticed Iā€™m really stiff in the morning and it was getting worse. So I found you (this video) on You Tube and I have been doing your ā€œMorning stretchā€ routine for a few days and I must say from the 1st day I felt better and more energized!!! I was actually amazed how much more energy I have now!! I highly recommend these videos!! Thank you for posting! PLEASE donā€™t stop šŸ˜Š

    Jared, thank you! Iā€™d been doing your 8 minute stretches for those not flexible for a week first thing in the morning, then, as if you read my mind, you released morning stretch. The only thing I miss are the bells to know when to change. Sometimes I am so deep into enjoyment of the stretch that I donā€™t listen as closely to your narrative as I should. Tone and tighten is the one exercise I look forward to, so thank you for creating these videos!
