    Thanks for these tips! Gonna give them a try later tonight. Personally, I’ve struggled with insomnia at several points of my life and suspect that, for me, it’s tied to stress and anxiety. Was prescribed some sleeping pills at some point, and they worked – to an extent. Unfortunately, I could feel them working much less effectively over time, especially in terms of sleep quality. Stopped after a couple of weeks and I was back to square one. Decided to try a new tact and picked meditation and some supplements. I have to say that after a few months using the Waking Up app as well as standardized hot-water Tongkat Ali root extract and magnesium, I’ve never slept better in my life. Hoping to add these stretches in to get the most out of it!

    its cause i have epilepsy , so when ever i feel extremely sleepy thats a sign that im abt to have a seizure so i just keep moving and watching yt until i dont feel extremely sleepy, but its really hard to know if its a seizure or if i actually just need to go to sleep
