I learn more from your videos than from all eye doctor appointments I’ve ever had. Thanks!
  • @MeneGR
I use prescription glasses (only about 0.50 - 1.00) , and I opted to have a blue light filter. It makes everything slightly amber, and I like it! It eliminated my eye strain as well, if only the lenses were taller to cover more height.. Definitely on my next pair!
  • Watching Dr. Allen’s videos is always clarifying. Literally. Thanks, Doc. You’re great!

Thank you for all the educational videos you make for us. They've been more helpful for me than any doctor I've personally been to. You've helped me choose which blue-light would be best for me and given me lots of ways to help with my very dry eyes! I was wondering if you ever considered making a patreon or some sort of way for people to connect with you and ask you questions about their personal conditions. sort of like a paid doctor appointment.

Actually i was given a choice by the eye clinic to choose a total blue type glass and a clear looking glass(with the filter) and i ended up going for the total clear one. Now my eyes gets super sensitive when i see white color. I am thinking of going for the yellow shaded type glasses, hopefully they reduce the stress completely.

Thank you for the info! My mom bought us anti-rad glasses, imagine my confusion when I didn't know what they're for, haha! Love your shirt, it's really lovely.
  • Basically computer glasses have magnification whereas blue light glasses usually don't.
  • Thanks buddy! I learned something beneficial for my son. Thank you for the guidelines and tip. Keep it up your great video.

Cool shirt. Very informative, I bought some low power readers for book reading. My blue light glasses have zero magnification. Initially I thought they helped, but then started trying my readers and found them much better. I don't get eyestrain, but I do notice easier focusing with my readers. I went to eye exam to confirm, I still have 20/20, but she wanted to provise 'reading glasses' mainly because insurance paid, so I waived that to just keep my standard readers. She offered a bigger number than I'm comfortable with, my long distance is superb.
