I was experiencing a lot of anxiety and brain fog at work. I tried better managing stress excercicing etc. And even though those things definitely helped. Wearing yellow blue Light Glasses made my brain fog disappear. My primary doctor tells me I might be light sensitive. I don't get migraines but what I'm experiencing might be something in that avenue. Posting this in case anyone else is dealing with something similar. Especially if you work in front of a computer all day.

Actually very interesting to hear it from someone who knows what they're talking about, personally I find that my blue light glasses help with eye strain during the day and at night, especially when I'm staring at a screen for upwards of 2 hours.
-
I have found blue light glasses helped to stop my eyes getting sore when spending time on my laptop. I’m also getting less migraines! Thanks for your great videos Dr Allen.

I used the blue light blocking glasses for years and still got migraines. Once I managed to talk my old office into taking the lights out of the fixtures over my desk the migraines lessened by more than 50% a week. Fluorescent & LED light give me way more headaches than my monitors do.

I'm a full time student and I found that blue light glasses allowed me to not only work without getting fatigued, but also helped with my sleep patterns. During Co-Vid19 it's been especially difficult to regiment screen-time considering all classes have transferred to the digital realm. I'm sure that other people under various circumstances are also increasing their screen time. My overall recommendation to anyone who seriously scrolling through these comments for actual feedback is to 1. reduce your screen-time, and 2.) if that's not an option go ahead and try blue light glasses. They're not a perfect solution they could help some screen-fatigue and sleep disruption issues.
