Red Dead Redemption 3 is the follow-up to one of the best video games ever made. Red Dead Redemption is probably one of those games that will be remembered for a long-long time to come. The series currently has only two games, both of which are counted among the video games considered the best, in fact, Red Dead Redemption 2 is the last game to have been added to the list of the greatest video games.

Rdr 3 is 100% 8-10 years away from getting an announcement and prolly at least 10-12 years before it comes out

They can definitely go to the past with Landon Rickets. During the time of real cowboys. They need to do a timeline of 1870’s and 1880’s
  • Definitely love to see Hosea and Dutch founding the gang. And ending it with blackwater. The cow boy era ends with Jack's story so that makes no sense. I think going back and ending with BW just ends the story greatly.

if rdr3 and gta 6 gets published close together would be sick (REPOST) why is there so many comments on this comment bruh it was just a stupid thought 😶
  • It would be cool to know what happened in all the abandoned towns, burned down towns, the native american school, some more back story on the abandoned houses and shacks, it would be cool to meet the people that lived in them in side missions and know what happened, the ufo house, and what happened in blackwater. It would be cool to experience seasons and natural disasters in the game that actually affect the character, I remember riding on the ice on one of the lakes thinking the horse would be too heavy and the ice would break, would be cool to make that a little more realistic. Also would be nice to know the back story of some of the corpses found throughout the game.

I'd love to play as Landon Ricketts. Not only has he been around before the Blackwater Massacre, but he lived all the way til the end of Red Dead Redemption 1. He's the perfect canidate not only to see the RDR timeline from beginning to end, but because he's got the most potential.

by the time rdr3 releases I would probably be a father
  • @darrrog07
I think It should come out in 5, 6 or 7 years as you gotta remember that 5 years have already past since rdr2 released guys
  • @stevezilla68
After 3 play-throughs, I'm ready for a new story with new characters.

The past on the Vanderlinde Gang in RD2 is far richer story-wise than Jack Marston 's future. RD2 provided us with bit a pieces of info of their pasts and it would be great to have a full account. We could see the gang at its beginnings and it's peak. RD2 showed us their decline. There are also many places that are abandoned or burnt in RD2's map that we could see apart from new places. And of course we could see what finally happened in the Blackwater massacer connecting it to the beginning of RD2.

Who cares about gta6 I just want another Red Dead Redemption 💯
  • Rdr3 should take place before rdr2 where you play as Hosea. You spend the majority of the game gathering members for the gang with Dutch and Aurthur and you learn every member’s backstory. They should have it where Hosea becomes great friends, almost even brothers, with Mac and/or Davey since very little is revealed about them in rdr2. The game should end in the blackwater heist that kicked off rdr2, where Mac and davey ultimatly sacrifice their lives in order to save the gang from the Pinkertons.
  • i think a cool idea for rdr3 would be you play as young dutch hosea and arthur and get to see the gang build up and you would be able to see everyone's stories

I would like to see a dlc or maybe even short game about Charles' journey to Canada and Sadie's life in South America. They could do it like the last of us: left behind where it switches between the two characters every mission or two
  • @Tom-tn6ro
I think it would be great to have a handful of housing options, barn options etc, to create your home life while traveling throughout the story line so rather than the main character dying yet again. Maybe the character can have a life after storyline mode. Kinda like John Marston in rdr2. Maybe be a rancher where you have missions that involve getting animals building fences etc. In short put a little farming simulator 22 magic I to games so not only can you create a cool life but living each moment is like a whole new personal story mode. Just an idea.
  • @madgtagamer
Rdr 3 should be set before the rdr2 storyline, then we will know what happened in blackwater
  • What do you mean we can’t go further into the past? To explore the gang as a mentor to Arther and end with the black water fiasco would be perfection.
  • @AdamFrom614
RDR3 will come out most likely for the PS6. The 6 is what 5 years away. I can’t see it coming out before 2028
  • I personally believe playing as Charles or Sadie following the events of rdr2 could be interesting as it would give us a new story and new area to explore but with a familiar main character
