RED DEAD REDEMPTION 3.. HUGE News! (Development, New Map & MORE!)

I don't want to sound old, but gta 6 was long enough for me now another 7+ years for rdr3 I don't think I'll make it 😂

If RDR3 is gonna happen, I personally think they should focus more on the Single Player Mode and bring out DLCs for that. If they do an Online, they have to also consider allowing us to make solo, invite only, posse only servers. Grievers and Modders ruin the experience.

I think the realism & constant need to maintain Arthur’s health etc is what made the game perfect.

I think the game will be about Mac Callendar and his last stand In blackwater, it'll make ssoooo much sense for rockstar to do that, and then when he dies, you play as Arthur in the epilogue, seeing him survive the blackwater massacre and escaping north

Rdr3 is something I’ve been waiting for since rdr2 released,so knowing it I development already makes me excited for the future

My only issue is that if Rockstar cared so much for the RDR series then why has RDR2 not seen any major updates since release? I know obviously most if not all work shifted to GTA V Online and GTA VI but surely someone could have stuck on the project

I reckon the best course of action for the third RDR installment would be turning to the golden era of the Wild West. It would give us a wonderful ultimate Western game, along with telling us the new story paced with the origins of the world we saw in RDR1 and 2. Story-wise, both games gave us several hints on the lore of the famous outlaws and gunslingers (way before Dutch’s gang) that can be revealed further and even have built the plot around it in RDR3. Gameplay-wise changes could be focused on shootings and guns used by people during and/or after the Civil War, giving us the huge improvement over shooting mechanics from RDR2 - shooting guns will feel like a real gun in the Wild West, clunky and heavy, but too satisfying to hit stuff. Oof, that would be a whole new level of realism enjoyment :]

Wouldn't mind if RDR3 was set during the Civil War. Maybe an outlaw gang taking advantage of the chaos

The prequel should be told by jack as a memory his dad told him growing up. He should be telling this story to a soldier while he is serving in world war 1.

Like he said it may not be for 6 or 7 years, but RDR3 is 100% going to happen. Rockstar would never miss up on such a lucrative opportunity. Who knows what'll be about but It will happen...........eventually....

I would like RDR 3 to be a prequel to RDR2. We see the early days of the Van Der Linde gang, explore the world and learn about it. Then the ending should be the massacre that happend at Blackwater, which we all to this day don't know what exactly happend there.
