I'm not from the USA but I love my USA Brother's and Sisters. Much love from Canada.
  • The TV world has a lot of great, wholesome and genuine people. We've got Mr. Rogers for teaching us compassion, Bob Ross for teaching us art, Steve Irwin for teaching us to love animals, and Kent Rollins, for teaching us to love cooking,. Thanks for our weekly dose of fun, fellowship and food!

In a time when America is more divided than ever. One man can bring us together...Cowboy Kent Rollins and his tater tots.

You gotta love a chef who says "fangers" because it means his Southern is showing and you can never go wrong with Southern country cooking!

I love how disorganized Kent can be when he's cooking outside. It makes it all more relatable. Specially since I can't find half the junk in our kitchen.

TIP: I used to use towels to drain the water off potatoes, but then I discovered using a salad spinner! It gets all of the water off, everything is easy to strain, rinse/repeat, and it preserves all of the shredded potato!

2020 isn’t over yet humanity should protect Kent Rollins at all cost
  • That is a crunch heard 'round YouTube! And as a former Air Force Staff Sergeant, you are most welcome Mr. Rollins. And thank you for inviting me to your backyard!
  • As soon as Kent breaks out the sun glasses and rap, and i am like " this dude is literally what we need right now."
  • Kent seems so down-to-earth, like the kind of cook who's always chatting with the diners at his restaurant.
  • @gmanky
Kent rapping about tater tots. The man knows how to make cooking fun!

I simply love you! Your recipes and techniques are absolutely "doable." They are simple, they feature ingredients most of us have around the house. They are adjustable and easily explained. I appreciate your demonstrations. You clearly have a love of what you do. You have earned my "likes" and my "subscription." I deeply appreciate that you sign off with a "Thank you" to our honored service-persons.
  • Missed seeing y’all at Silver Dollar City this year. With my parents turning 80 this year we avoided large crowds and stayed close to home. Hopefully we will get to see you next year. We love your Hodge Podge soup, just made some this week. Take care and be safe.

I can't tell you how many times camping my pops would say "boy, peel them taters", he never gave me one of those fancy gizmos, just an old parring knife, best memories ever

A true American icon. We are so fortunate to have him.

Fantastic can't wait to try these. my Husband did 23 years in the USAF. I am proud of him and our whole family for enduring the many challenges of being a military family. Thanks so much for recognizing him and all those men and women and families that sacrifice to keep this beautiful country safe and free.

Those look great! I bought 3 lbs each of Red River Ranch and the Mesquite version on your overstock sale. Shared it with friends!
