Join me (Mike - Physiotherapist) for these vestibular rehabilitation exercises that can be used to relieve symptoms associated with vestibular dysfunction, that being dizziness, vertigo and motion sensitivity.

Always make sure you see your doctor or Vestibular Physiotherapist before undertaking these exercises.

  • I just found your channel and am excited to start following the videos. I’ve had two and a half years of critical illness and am just beginning to walk with a cane instead of a walker. Love the pace, they are easy which is what I need right now. I’m 78 and used to dance, and I can feel how much my body needs this. Even after only two days of the most minimal routine I can tell a great difference. Thank you. Hopefully I will dance again before long.
